Can’T uninstall pes2012 to install a fresh copy

hi,
i was tring to install pes2012 black box ,but it couldn’t run. so i uninstall it and download the reloaded version.now I’m trying to install but there is still some files from BB copy i can’t remove that prevent the new installation.
any ideas how can i remove that file?it’s 1.96 GB

Goto RUN-Regedit-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-SOFTWARE
Then Delete Whole PES 2012 Folder.

i did as u said but still the file exist and refuse to uninstalled from control panel…
