Can’t connect to wifi at home

I have desktop computer which is connected to the modem[binatone wifi] thro ethernet. and also i have samsung wave mobile [s8500]
i want to use net in my mobile also. i called my isp they are saying wireless setting has been configured according to Entreprise setting so u can’t generate key in modem configuration page 192.168.1.1 in Interface setup ->wireless ->Multiple SSIDs Settings ->Authentication Type is hidden [unable to change] service engineer is saying u can’t reconfigure the modem. so i can’t use net in my mobile…
any 1 please help me out. thanks in advance

Download the PDF manual for the specific router from
the manufacturer site as it may come handy,Other then
that just reset it,There should be a tiny reset button on the back.

Check your current ISP settings. If they are set to Obtain IP Automatically and other settings. Note them.
Reset it and configure yourself.
Do you use any Security? I.e Encryption? (WEP Etc)
