Cannot update avatar~?

Is the avatar i want to change too.
Less than 150px by 150px

It says 12, but still this one is still only 9.14

try it now….maybe it will work..
or upload it to any free image hosting site like tinypic and select the minimum size for conversion and then post the URL of that image in the box
