Can you help me identify these old games?

I thought I would put it in helpdesk because I’m just looking for the names of these games, not the downloads or anything.
I’m really trying hard to look for three of my favorite games when I was younger. I can’t remember if they were MS-DOS games or not. They were games I played around 1994-1998 (I think).
1. The first game was a Sci-fi RPG and you play a guy in a red robot suit and on the main menu of the game I remember there was a picture of the guy and he looked like a Bounty Hunter from Star Wars. Luckily I found this picture and it’s a red Bounty Hunter and looks alot like the red robot suit.

I also remember, on the main menu, he was holding a black machine gun with both hands. This is a drawing I did in paint of the position:

I know it’s really bad and it doesn’t look like the picture I have in my head but that’s sort of the positioning.
In-game, the camera was sort of in the corner of the room like this picture: .
Funnily enough, this is a picture of a game called ‘Fallout’ and is 90% like the game I am looking for but in the game that I’m looking for, you only get to play with the red robot suit guy, and in Fallout you can play with different characters. So Fallout isn’t the game I’m looking for.
The movement and shooting, I think, was controlled by the mouse. In-game there were alot of Cameras you had to shoot and alot of little robots. (I can’t remember it too well so hopefully I won’t confuse you).
2. Moving onto the second game I am looking for:
I can really only remember the first level of the game.
What happens is this..
You start on a footwalk above a room. There is then a flight of stairs you can walk down, but I always remember it saying that I had died whenever I did it. When I learnt to not go down the stairs I found the door across the walkway and what you had to do was go out the door, then you would come to a balcony and it’s all wet and rainy. Then a guy would come through the door. At that point you’d have to stand behind the door until the guy went away. As soon as this happened, you would then go back inside onto the walkway and go down the stairs. Then there was this robot that took you around this place.

That was all I could remember cause I could never get past that bit.
It was a really weird game.
3. The third game was alot like a game called ‘Gangsters’ Again the camera angle is in the corner of the room.
It’s not Gangsters though because Gangsters was made sometime in 2000 I think. (Which is way too late)
You had this group of guys, all in black, and you went around this city shooting people. Much like Gangsters.
That’s all I remember from that one.
So yeah, sorry it’s so vague. If you have any ideas on the names of any of these games then please do post, even if it’s wrong, atleast it’s something!

No. 2 Sounds like the start of “Beneath a Steel Sky”

Best guess would be “Syndicate”
