Burned dvd doesn’t show any files, Have an answer?

Hey guys, I bought The Complete Even Stevens collection from a crappy site but at least it worked. Only place I could find the show. I would upload them but only 2 out of the 5 discs work.
While looking at the burned side of the disc, I can clearly see that there are files on this disc but when I put them in my computer, it prompts me to burn files to the disc and under my computer it says it is all free space. So my question is, is there a way to dig deeper into the burned dvd or a program that allows me to do that?
I would absolutely love to watch and upload this great show for you guys. Oh yea, they will never ever pick up their phones or respond to e-mails, so i can not get a refund or another order, i’ve tried. Thanks for the answers!

Maybe the session was not closed: check it with Nero and see what it says

So i’m assuming it would be to late to finalize then. anyway it could be fixed? I can’t find my copy of nero, so i will have to download a new copy

nah any regular CD/DVD burning software should be able to close the session/DVD

No, I bought this from on of those .tv sites. they do a piss poor job at everything but I really wanted this series. So there is probably nothing I can do, huh?

It was burned with copyright protection so that pirates can’t copy them. But you can copy them using Slysoft AnyDVD even its protected.

I have those programs but, im not trying to copy them, im just trying to get them to work, unless you think copying them might work?

No dice . I think the easiest way is to find another seller somewhere on the internet
