bootable cd to reformat / repair and repartition HD

can someone link me to a program than is bootable by cd , that will analyze format and repartition hard drive?(HD has bad sector )

True..All the latest Hiren’s BootCD is bloated with useless freeware..Hiren’s BootCD V10 or bellow will have all the real tools..
Tools to use:
– Acronis Disk Director (for formating and partitioning)
– HDD Regenerator (to recover a bad hard drive)

Boot from your Windows DVD select repair, enter command prompt and use chkdsk.

Paragon Hard Disk Manager 15 is the most comprehensive hdd related boot disk I’ve found, it is also ufei/secure boot compatible.
Active@ boot fisk I another good option which can reset passwords easily and safely.
