Best anti-virus and anti-spyware programs

I wanted to know what is the best anti-virus and anti-spyware programs. i don’t want anything that uses tons of resources, and for spyware protection, i prefer programs that offer “real time protection”, i want one that i could just use to scan my pc every now and then.

i recommend kaspersky internet security as antivirus taht has real time protection firewall and stuff
and for antispyware, since you want an on-demand scanner i recommend both spybot-search&destry (freeware) and spysweeper.

Antivirus : NOD32 or Kaspersky
Anti-spyware : Ad-aware and Spybot combined(they are two different appz)
Firewall : ZoneAlarm(but it will use resource)

Best Anti Virus: NOD32 Smart Security or kaspersky Internet Security – Both will pretect you against Virus’s, Spyware, malware, and also great email protection. NOD32 and Kaspersky are both low resource users and will keep your system protected, if you would still like a separate application for spyware than PC Tools Spyware Doctor is the best in my opinion, It has won the most awards and it will keep your system protected and stable. yep nod32 for sure for antivirus,i never try the smart security from eset that was realesed now but i think its ok,but i have now istaled ca security center and he is doing a good job,the CA uses bill gates from what i heard off…
