Avatar problem…Help me !

Hi guys…i am new to this site. I updated my profile and uploaded my avatar but it is showing in my profile but it not showing up when i leave replies.
please…help me out from this.

note the restrictions:
Displays a small graphic image below your details in posts. Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 150 pixels, the height no greater than 150 pixels, and the file size no more than 11 KB.
upload it again and try an image hosting site like tinypic.

Upload you Avatar Image here:
http://tinypic.com/
Click on the browse button:

Select the Image from your Hard Drive…
Click on the Upload Button:

Leave the tinypic page open…
On the top of the page on Click on Profile:

Go back on tinypic page and copy the link with the link with the [IMG][/IMG] tags:

Go back on Profile and Paste the link:
In a couple of minutes you Avatar will be workin…
