avast

can anyone help i just renistalled avast 4.8 i did this cuz avast 5.0.677 or whatever now my firefox is getting blocked and i look on google fond a bunch of bullsh== cna anyone please help

Uninstall that AV and install a decente one like Kaspersky, Nod32 or Avira.

4.8 will not be supported for virus updates after december [ i think].
I had issues with avast pro 5 [specifically, its sandbox] conflicting with outpost FW, so, I am using avast 5 free now with no issues.
you may have to download and run the aswclear.exe app to get rid of all remnants of v4.8 and v5.0, then, install v5 free and you should be fine.
