Audio Player to Mic Input

I am going to host a web based conference during that time i like to play some audio files which i can play in my Audio Player and the people should hear the audio behalf of my mic input. I am not sure how to do this.. Please correct me if i am wrong or any solutions?

do you have a headphone jack on the player
you would be better off using that to your line in and playing it that way
if there’s a way to feed it to the conferencing app
