HTTP 1GB?

I’m gonna buy a new video card but i dont know wich one of these 2 i should choose,i mean for a better game performance
ASUS N8500GT/HTTP 1GB DDR2 PCI-E or
ASUS N8600GT MAGIC/HTDP 512MB
Can some1 help me?
