Alan Wake

Well I’ve downloaded and installed Alan Wake a few hours ago, and installed the update. But the game seems to freeze after the first Cutscene, right by the car, just as I start sprinting.Tried to do various combinations of grafics and resolution but nothing seems to work.I get a black screen and then i need to manually reboot the PC.
Would be glad if you could help.
BTW my pc specs are:
-ATI Radeon HD 4870 1Gb
-AMD X6 1090T(3.2Ghz)
-8 GB DDR3 Memory
-Im running the game on Windows 7 Ultimate-64 Bits

I am using skidrow crack with update, tried THETA too but nothing seems to happen
