Advice for buying Inspiron 15z Ultrabook Dell India Help!

Hi… My sister wants to buy Inspiron 15z Ultrabook Intel Dell Laptop .The price is 47,990 Indian Rupees=904.11 US $$$ . It is very expensive. Is it worth buying ??The price is very high. We really need Laptop now and that is why are going for a expensive one.
She has no knowledge about Laptops but from what I hear Inspirion are great. I am a big gamer and I wonder is this good for gaming?? I wont play any pirated games on Laptop. I will try PS2 games using PS2 Emulator. Here is the link of the Ultrabook (the 4th one in the list with price 47, 990)

The video card is Nvidia� GeForce� GT630M 2GB . Can this handle latest 3d games? What about PS2 games? I don’t think so.

The GeForce GT 630M isn’t the most powerful card but is just about capable for gaming. Just don’t expect high performance gaming though. You’ll get a better idea from here:

If you’re a serious gamer, i’d advise you to instead assemble your own Desktop computer. That way, you’ll be able to invest in better hardware for your computer as a tradeoff for the mobility of a laptop. Laptop’s will allow you to game a bit but aren’t built primarily for gaming

Personally DELL is just bad. screens tend to go out or keyboard. Id go with HP. What will she be doing with it?
