This is something you could try.
Restore Factory Defaults of your router. If you can’t find it tell the router name.

If a soft restore doesn’t work, try using the hardware reset switch on the back of the unit.
If not you may need to get some settings from your ISP.
Answer #4
Sounds to me like your router isn’t connecting through to your ISPs ADSL network, find your broadband login details from when you initially purchased the broadband contract, it should be an email address like; joebloggs.1234@adsl.joebloggsisp.com followed by the password.
Goto your internet settings and find; Connections and select ‘Find IP automaticaly’ , this will enable your router if it’s already preloaded, to connect using your broadband account crudentials.
Or, go into your router settings and check that your ADSL details are still present and correct like;
– Ensuring that your router sets the IP address automaticly from ISP
– Your ADSL account details; login and password, are present and correct
– Set your ADSL account timeout settings to 0 to stop you being logged out and disconnected
– Same with the DNS server, find/connect automaticly
– NAT (Network Address Translation) is enabled.
– Check that your using the right encapsulation, like PPPoA or PPPoE
(contact your ISP to find out)
Alternatively just ring your ISP and ask them for help in re-configuring your ADSL router to the internet.
Answer #5
Maybe username & password got lost during re-config.
Re-enter username & password If this doesn’t help . then call them
Things you need to know :
1.) Connection protocol : e.g. Bridged, PPPoE ,…
And of course username and password
2.) Do you have a statitc IP ?
3.) ATM Settings : VPI / VCI numbers (ask ISP) or try auto search if the router has this option
Encapsulation either LLC or VC MUX
I think it’s really better you call their support and let them help you
