A Few Questions Before Backing Up Music

About to start archiving my cd’s in both mp3 & flac format. I’m going to use dbpoweramp and I’m hoping to upload some of the music but wanted to know if there is any personal info saved to the files. Also wanted to make sure that dbpoweramp is still the best choice for ripping.

EAC is generally the standard for ripping discs to MP3/FLAC but DBPowerAmp should do a decent job as well
As far as personal info is concerned, i doubt there’s anything to worry about. But just to be sure, take a look at the encoded file in MediaInfo and see if you find anything alarming

thought EAC was only better if you wanted cue files?
