600$ budget for a computer

I have a 600$ budget (with tax) for a computer, no accessories. I live in canada therefore i need a canadian company. I checked tigerdirect.ca i sadly, couldn’t find anything. Anybody wanna help. cheaper that 600$ would also be fine
