Windows 7 Loader and TrueCrypt

Hey mates,
I activated my Windows 7 with Windows Loader by DAZ.
Now I want to encrypt my whole system using TrueCrypt.
Does that work flawlessly?

I don’t think it will give problems…
Because TrueCrypt probably will not use Microsoft Validation Check or something like that..
