Fastest Windows 7 Loader

Does anyone know of a fast windows 7 activator. The one im using at the moment works, but when i restart i get a blinking cursor for about 10 minutes before the system acutally starts. Its somthing to do with it emulating or somthing.
Does anyone know of a hack which has a faster boot up time??
