Two Questions When Installing Windows 7 From Here() will it be 100% legit with no future problem or messin up my computer And what is a Good GameCard or video card w.e u call it that is pretty good for all games and is within a reasonable price

You wont find that here. If you want legit copy go buy it from the store. You can find cracks to keep it going for few months but then you have to recrack it again. Though its easier to just disable automatic updates and never update then no need to use several cracks.
Video cards depend on your system, you told us nothing about what MOBO you have. Cuz to me the best cards are the ones that cost a lot such as this XFX Radeon HD 5870 XXX Edition Video Card – 1GB GDDR5.
