HDD problem

i Need some help, because when i’m playng or doing something (sometimes i’m not doing anything) i hear the HDD stops and than start again … but the windows blocks and i need to restart my machine plz tell me how can i fix it.
P.S. The HDD is old:D

Damn, that’s a tough one. Try running a defrag on your Hard Drive. If will help fix different sector issues and such. Also scan for broken registry keys. Maybe also scan for malware. If nothing helps why not change the HDD. If it’s old then it would make sense for malfunctions to happen. Good luck mate ^_^

10x now i’ll try to defragment it … for the moment … i wouldn’t buy a new HDD because i’ll get a new machine next month (i think)

Have tried utility disk like Hirens its bootable so you don’t have to use it in windows
