NBA 2k9 main menu super laggy

i have the same problem. i used the alternate patch posted on here and it helps a little, but it doesn’t completely resolve the problem.
The gameplay is very smooth, but the main menu is super laggy. Anyone else have this problem?
try to us PS/2 keyboard not USB it works and lags is gone
mine is worse. even the game play lags. anyone who can help me with this. thanks
