Do all cellphones have gps? (I dont know much about phones)

I saw that post and it makes me want to get the samsung SCH-i730 phone ive been looking at. I mainly want to use the cellphone as a skype phone, but was wondering if an app like that would work on it? Or do you need to have some kind of service, or install a gps in it? I know almost nothing about cellphones, so any info would be appreciated, thanks!
very few cellphones have gps built in. if it doesnt mention it in the phones specs on the manifactures site, then generaly it wount have it
I read it does have it built in, but you dont have to sign up with any sort of gps service to use it right? like if I wanted to use that program that I linked too?
if im not mistaken new i-phone has a built gps
i-phone is wayy to expensive thats why the nice cheap SCH-i730 attracts me so much haha

Most of new smartphones do have GPS modules
