Network Problem

I recently download eborder its program that gives you a proxy so u can play us online games from the eu (or something like that). But it didnt work so i unninstalled it and rebooted. Since than i got network problems. I cant refresh/renew ip. Custom ip doesnt work either. I tried start>run>cmd> ipconfig -flushdns but that didnt wortk either. But my pc says i got copnnection 100mbts but i cant fully use it?
Please some1help me to restore it:)

The only thing i can find in google about eborder is in chinese lol
have you already tried to disabled your network connections and then enable them and choose repair?

Try reinstalling your network drivers. Get the newest version of them and install and see if it changes anything. Good luck mate ^_^

In network managment when you double click on TCP/IPv4 , are you assigned a static or dynamic IP address?
::EDIT:: Under control panel>>>Network and sharing(depending on your operating system)>>>manage network connections>>> then double click on your network connection. What does it say there??? Then hit properties and double click on TCP/IPv4, that should be set to choose IP address automatically, unless your not using your DHCP for some reason and you statically assign your IP addresses to your PC’s.

i.e make sure it displaying your correct ISP and what country you are in.
If it is not then……
(im just assuming your using IE)
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click tools then internet options
3. Click the connections tab then LAN settings
and then see if the use proxy server tick box is enabled. If it is that could be your problem there. Delete all the proxy settings, unselect use proxy. And then try restarting your PC and see if you have any luck. I have to go2 sleep now, so I hope me or one of the other guys trying to help you solved your problem. Good luck
