uKash problem?

when i get txts from ukash its coming in like this

ive blocked out some letters because ive bought something and my code might come up anyways i need to know how do i get this in english?

bumppp i really need to get this working, everytime i txt the number to ukash and i wait for my code back i get the message like that but its in weird letters. i’ve done it like 10 times which would of came upto �100.. and i really need to use it anybody know what i can do?

That seems like it’s encrypted but encryption doesn’t work on SMS.
Contact uKash or use Walle.
