Browsing is fast, but downloading is SLOOOOW

i’m trying to d/l a movie right now. i’ve been browsing around just fine, but it’s taking forever to download this movie. it’s in 100mb parts and on the first part, it’s been 25 min. and downloaded 20mb here’s my speedtest results

Your speed is too slow….Maybe you should invest in a better package…

Hey bud, that’s very slow considering your area which is in america!
Here in our place, that connection is the bottleneck of all connection! So because of that, I learned the virtue of “PATIENCE”!

with that connection you only get about 67KB/s download. Remember that speedtest displays results in kilobits so you need to convert it to kilobytes which is by dividing it by 8

@Above – his speed can’t be 67Kb/sec mate, because I get 62Kb/sec on an average, and I complete 100 mb parts in under 30 minutes. His speed is much slower for some weird reason. Did you try a download accelerator? Has your ISP set any limits on your download speed?

weird… it tooks me about 10 minutes to download a 100mb part, sometime even less.
