getting money from watching adverts help?

now, ive seen a lot of topics for getting money from watching adverts? i was wondering :
a)how much you get?
b)how they give you the money
c)are there any good ones for engalnd
d)and , this may b stupid but, is there a way i can gwt the money put onto my itunes account?(this is probably a no but i thought id try:P)
