Win 7 X64 – Steam CS 1.6 HELP

Hi,
i instal Win 7 X64 and i want play CS 1.6 on my steam. But when i launched CS 1.6 i see only the top page and CS 1.6 didn’t work. I can tried reinstal Steam, Instal older graphic drivers, instal all direct x and nothing didn’t help me?
What i can do? Thank you for your reply and sorry my English Language

I can’t see MENU nothing.
