Internet Explorer error message MapFileMemory

i’m using Internet Explorer and Google Chrome and I am getting some strange error messages when I start any of them. I’ve tried looking for the answer on Google but I came out empty handed. So I hope that someone here can help me out.

Note: This happens on both explorers (Chrome and IE)
