MSoffice error message

i installed a new MS OFFICE 2010 which is already installed in my system
its shows a error message that Microsoft Office cannot verify the license for this application even i cant uninstall MS OFFICE

First, what you mean by:

It was already installed ……
You tried to repair it – at least message says that, right or….
To uninstall office 2010 use this:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
Under Resolution choose Method 2……
Install Office again.
And after that you need to use “Office 2010 Toolkit.exe” for office activation. If you don’t have this search for it.
Try.
