[SOLVED] First PC Build <$400-450

Hey guys. I have a very old desktop that I want to get rid of. It can’t even play YouTube videos properly. I looked at some of the build recommendations via search here and some of you guys are very knowledgeable so I figured I’d ask for your help here
My budget is very tight. My maximum budget is $400-450. This desktop will be used for pretty much surfing the web, MS Office, YouTube (1080p), etc. It will never see games, except maybe Counter Strike once in a while. Seeing as how it will be used for regular use, I think my tight budget won’t be a problem (hopefully).
I cannot use any parts from old PC except DVD-RW drive since this is 7-8 yr. old desktop. I don’t need keyboard or mouse. So I’m going to need everything else including the case.
Case:
Motherboard:
Processor:
RAM: at least 4 GB
Hard Drive: at least 320 GB
Power Supply:
Video Card: None..integrated is fine.
DVD-RW: Using it from old PC.
**Seeing as how hard drives are crazy high right now, I’m thinking of buying external if I don’t get it within $400-450 budget if it’s a bit cheaper than internal.
**Also, I love the Antec 300 Illusion Case so if that could be included in the build it’d be great. If not, feel free to choose another good one.

you could actually go for one without a dedi graphics because the latest sandybridge processors are real good with graphics!

You will also need a cooler for that guy’s AMD build as the CPU is out of stock and they give OEM chips.
OEM chips usually come with 3 month warranty.

Hey, sorry for such late reply. Thank you guys for all your suggestions. I checked some parts that you guys recommended, but about 2 days later, the prices went up and the bundles were expired. I had to switch some parts to keep it in budget such as motherboard as the Asus F1A75 was $120 w/o bundle. I went with Biostar TA75A+ instead. I used A8 APU and Kingston hyperX 4 GB 1600 ram. The rest was pretty much the same. I found CPU, hard drive, mobo, etc. cheaper at Microcenter, Thanks for reminding me, Hegemon875
I’m currently running my PC nicely, building it was a breeze and have been playing games, which was not the point of this PC lol. Thanks once again!
