Pc wont start, black screen and no beeps

Ok.. So first of all I have to say that I’v checked google for solutions but there are just too many and i dont want to do all those things coz Im not sure if thats correct..
So this is what happent:
-Last thing I was doing is playing skyrim, finished that, closed it, and shuted down my PC, everything was cool and ussual..
-Today I try to turn my PC on and this is what happents : sound of coolers and ussual PC noises.. buut my screen never changes, nothing happents just those coolers , no beeps, no boot up, NOTHING at all!
– the first few times i started it (coz i couldnt restart-only could hold power button to shut it down) power button had blue light on it as always, after those few times, everything was tha same BUT power button had no light on it, dough restart button had soe RED light on it..
And yeah, i tried to reconect the screen cable, AND tried to connect a friends screen.. so my screen is not a problem..
PLEASE help me with this..

take ram out and see if the PC beeps ?

check the PSU on another PC if the other PC works then my bet is a dead mobo.

either motherboard or power supply. The power supply feeds different voltages, and if one of them is gone the other ones might still be OK which is why the system doesn’t run even though you get some signs of life. Check the power supply first. Most small computer stores will have a power supply tester so you can take your suspect power supply to them and they’ll test it (hoping to sell you a new one)
