Please help me in this big problem

I could tell that you scared away most of the helpers with the giant photo . Actually, I feel dizzy after seeing it. Replace the photo above with this:

Anyway, have you recently installed anything to your computer. Any programs, drivers, hardware parts, etc. If that is the case then do the following:
1. Restart your computer.
2. Keep pressing F8 until you receive a console menu.
3. Select “Last Known Good Configuration” from the menu.

when duz it happen, every boot ?
That error smells of bad memory or dust. Usually bad memory causes the IRQ error. Just saying from experience. If you don’t mind taking your whole PC apart please do so. Take everything apart. Give it a good clean and put it back together. It might make the error go away. Formatting will not do anything. It’s not a software problem.
