[SOLVED]Can’t change avatar

When I am trying to change my avatar, it says that it will take
4 minutes, to process, but I tried about 6 times and I can’t change it.
My avatar is in proper format and size.

Upload the image to one of the image hosting sites and paste the link in the “Link to off-site Avatar” option…
