Vista skynet error

Y vista started to act up whatever I do starring the pc or opening software I get this error
globalroot/systemroot/system32/SKYNETtidoqsfu.dllcis either not designated to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using thE using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or software vendor for support
I also have no Internet
now I had this install for 3 months and evreything went fine it’s evreything even regedit and cmd I’m using vista buisness and I googled the problem but I didn’t find ~love~ N

i got this virus , with the same message i downloaded it of this website , i cant find a solution to it though

i have got rid of it with avast home edition , try it
