HELP SONY VAIO VGN FZ50B

Hi, I’ve got a terrible problem, my sister went to japan about a month ago, and brought a Sony Vaio model VGN FZ50B, The thing is that everything was in japanese, so i formatted the Hd and installed the english version of vista ultimate and it has a lot of things without installation (camera, audio, Keyboard, etc), but there is not a recovery parition or even a driver CD… the most important thing is the keyboard, the FN key does not work and i cannot reduce the bright of the display…
Can anybody help me please
what can i do?

Well, I think you will have to spruce up on your Japanese ! http://www.google.com?t=713545 I did a search of the Sony USA website and it kept referring me back to Sony Japan. Seems like the model you have is a Japanese only one.

Saturnsid is correct, when searching for drivers for your model it kept redirecting me to Japanese sites.

sorry, i never ment to complain about your answers, but i searched sony japan and could not find the drivers, i have even found a translator and i realised that sony japan only gives updates for the preinstalled drivers, they do not give the preinstalled drivers, after all i’ve done… i came here to beg for help, but i’ve just found a couple of answers thats i’ve already done…

Have you tried installing Everest to see what you can glean from that?
There’s a couple of torrent downloads here (but I dunno if they are any good to you)
