Paypal question, urgent

Okay, I know that if someone pays and files a dispute, they can get their money back(in purchase of goods mode).
Does this dispute thing even work for gift payment?
I mean can they get their money back after they pay me? ( I am learning how to NOT get scammed )

yep, paypal just reverses payment (on credit cards), or they deduct it strait from your bank account, or if you did not add your bank account, they will give your account a negative balance.
