When making a paypal account…..
Assuming someone sends me money can I then send that money to other people without adding a credit card or a bank account?
As much detail as possible is great thanks

Yes you can receive and then send money without adding a card or bank account. There may be a transaction limit though – for example 500 dollars/month.

I thought in order to open a PayPal account you had to have some sort of account information on file?
