Asus 1000HE connection issues.

January 27th, 2020

hey guys. I jsut recently went and acquired a cheap, durable laptop for a trip I have coming up, and I’ve heard nothing but great things about Asus as well as this specific computer.
my one main issue is, that it refuses to connect to my home network.
I enter the key properly, and it says validating identity for a bit, and then it gives me a notice saying that Windows cannot find a certificate to log me on.
any clues or tips would be greatly appreciated. I’m a bit computer ~ censored ~, so try and dumb it down a bit for me.

its happen to me before… what kind of encryption did u use? WEP? change it to WPA2..
before this, i use WEP and then i change to WPA2 and it happens when i changed it back to WEP.
i still dunno how to solve this probs but when changing it back to WPA2, its work like normal.
i dont care as long as i can connect to it.. lol..
make sure the encryption setting u use @ ur pc is WPA2 also.
well, maybe there is another solution? lets wait n see.

ok. I remember seeing that before. You think it’d be an issue with it being WEP and how the802.11b can’t connect effectively to it?
Answer #3
