[SOLVED]Triple boot question

August 2nd, 2016

Right now I have got Xp and Windows 7 dual boot installed I have got xp in drive C and 7 in D
I want to install windows 8 in drive E which has 90GB free of 117GB
I want to know how to install windows 8 and make a triple boot system also do I need to format drive E before installing windows 8 on it?

Thanks so I need to install windows 8 normally And what about formatting the partition?
Do I need to format it?

I think windows formats it automatically if the partition isn’t formatted beforehand.

If the partition isn’t just an empty partition, then yes you’ll need to back up anything useful that’s on it, then format,
although probably Windows would still give you the option to do that as a precursor to doing the actual installation.
