Online orders system for a restaurant?

Heya guys. My parents recently opened a small restaurant, which is also delivering stuff. However, when I spoke with a guy who can make website he gave a ridiculous number for developing the website, while he said that he is going to use CMS. Therefore, I decided to look around the forum and find whether there are any systems available, that you can just install on your web hosting and customize them by your needs? Do you guys know any of these?

Yeah, thing is that I dont want to make a website only. I want to allow our customers to make orders online. Also I forgot to mention that I am not really interested in any monthly paying service.

That was genuinely meant to help, it’s not as if I was promoting some particular site.
A lot of those free online web development sites are quite useful, and you can get a fairly sophisticated site up genuinely for free.
Some have ‘plug in’ modules that can handle stuff like on line ordering, but of course if you want to have a professionally built and maintained site you’ll need to go to a professional.

This site is in both Russian & English and the downloads are in English with Russian alternatives where applicable.
