Need help on Building a budget gaming pc

High Budget: i7+ GTX 580
Medium Budget: i5+ GTX 570
Low Budget: i3+ GTX 560
Go for an i5-2500K with a GTX 560 Ti (448 core if you can afford it) with 8GB of 1600MHz G.Skill RAM and an ASrock pro3/gen3 powered with a Corsair TX750 v2 (CX600 v2 if that’s too much).

Thanks for the replies but the problem is where i live , its hard finding those computer parts and i cant order online . I search everywhere for the GTX 560 Ti for 3 days all i found is GTX 550 Ti and no one ever heard of G.Skill Ram when i mentioned it to all the shops i went into lol . But the good news is i found i3,i5,i7 Processer just dont know which one to pick . Would 550 Watts PSU be enough ? The casing =.= Coolermaster HAF 912 or 932 but both are 100$ overpriced should i buy?
