my budget is around $1500
Option 2 looks to have more bang for the bucks.
gigabit lan, 16gb ram and 4tb storage if you need that much get the i7 if not get the amd
option 2 looks good , option 1 doesn’t even have an OS installed though it is not a big issue i would expect it for that amount of money.

yeah i may get that what do you guys think will the graphic card will be? (like common but good graphic card)
Amd 6950 gives best performance in DX 11 games.
u can play heavy games like crysis 2 in ultra setting at ~ 15/20 fps..
6850<6950
with Amd 6850 performance is poor comparing to 6950..
The i7, it’s a no brainer really, better cpu/gpu.
The 16G is overkill though – unless you multitask a shiitload, you’ll never use it all. The extra mem might help some games with texture loading, but the 2G on the gpu will do that too.
Still, the i7.
Get the i7 2600K CPU and it will be open to overclocking, so I am told..
What’s the ratings on the PSU ?
Power Supplies that are included with the case tend to be somewhat mediocre..
Option two,
but you should invest in an aftermarket cpu cooler.
and maybe up the PSU if you plan to o/c.
Yes as nel said what psu does it have ?
Well if you look at the website it doesn’t say it about the watts for it but it says it comes with it
if u dont need monitor i would go for option 1
