Help for MP3 Splitter with support for .cue sheets/files

mp3DirectCut is the closest I can find but the encoder doesn`t seem to work properly, it gives 0kbps bit rate once split. I`ve tried adjusting settings but I don`t think it is compatible with Win 8.1
Is there a decent program which splits .mp3 files and can ALSO handle .cue sheets successfully?

I do not know why, but when copying pasting this into google, my av software, eset smart security, throws this message up….

That message is the auto update. Just turn that feature off in the options.
