[SOLVED]Installing webmin on Debian

I need help installing Webmin or some free control panel for Debian i try to install Webmin but it gives me errors as seen in this thread

Helpdesk is here to help, but your encouraged to look up simple problems your self. As opposed to creating a thread to ask what 1 + 1 is, you should type it into google.
