Unable to delete file problem

This is so frustrating. Has anyone solved this problem before? Help would be much appreciated. I have 2 files in my downloads folder(just a kendrick lamar album – although there’s nothing in it just an empty file) that i cannot delete. So frustrating.

Add this also.Since the file is empty,somehow its locked by windows explorer & safe to use mentioned tools.Sure it will delete it without harm to your pc.No need to think further advance action.

Yes above mentioned tools also solve this problem as you wrote
“Could not find the item” or “this item isn’t no longer located”

There are two solutions that come to my mind:
1) Go to your computer, find the drive where there is the file and click it with the right mouse button-> Go to Tools tab-> Error checking-> Check
And it will correct the illegal file name
try this solution from simulac which have worked before for other people , then try 3rd party applications
i assume you get the error of “Could not find the item” or “this item isn’t no longer located” or smth like that when you try to delete the file.
