help encoding from vp6 to avi

hi i was wanring to get some of the videos out of red alert 3 the file format is vp6 can and help me with software or a way to get them to play in media player thanks

play them in red alert and use “fraps” to record it to an avi file

i trurned fraps it works but no sound plays
