Encoding Help – Audio Encoding

January 20th, 2020

Hmm..I just Bought a new laptop…Having win7 (x64)
Ok..So I use MeGUI and Have been encoding for a long time…
I installed MeGUI,Downloaded NeroAAC,Added The Profiles i had Earlier(transferred them from my Old PC) and Whatever We have to do to Encode(Installed K-Lite Codec pack/ffdhsow and Haali Media Splitter and AviSynth)…
Now The thing is Whenever It comes to Encoding Audio,It makes a file of 800kb or 2.48mb,Which Doesn’t have any sound.
I mean, when i run that Mp4 (tried m4a too) file,They don’t have any sound…Just the time,i mean It ends at 24:16 like the original file, but without any sound.
Here is some clue.

I have tried re-installing MeGUI(didn’t work).I also tried To use LAME MP3(gave an error-Output from encoder via stderr: Unsupported number of channels: 6).Obviously,The audio doesn’t have any problem,Cause I tried Encoding the audio of another file,And got the same error.
So,umm… i need Some Help.
Hope this gets solved soon.Cause This Laptop encodes a video in 1 hour. And i can’t waste my time in that old shit laptop which takes 2 hours to encode.
Thanks

Added The Profiles i had Earlier
Make new profile. Folder/File directory might have changed. Try this.

Try updating meGUI to the lastest development build and reinstall/update your codecs. Then make new profiles that are the same as what you are currently using.
I hope this works for you.
