error 64 xbox 360

hi ppl i got given a 360 with RROD fix’d that with x clamp mod now it says error 64 on the screen has any 1 eva fixed e64 or delt with it cant find guide on google any would b great

E64: DVD Drive Error.... DVD Timeout, Wrong firmware, dvd is without f/w chip, etc.
Bad flash?

yeh read that on google want to know can i pull key off the drive so can try reflash or install new drive

I think only you can answer that question…?
It can be done, provided the last time it was flashed it was done properly and it wasn’t flashed with a blank key.

tryd iprep cant get it to read the drive dsam ****** ***** bla bla bla cant find drive turn on drive press y to retry fail’d cant find original sam file

Did you save your Original firmware with jungle flasher? Or extracted your DVD key?
