E74 Error On Xbox 360 need help

ive recently got the red light on my xbox about e74, i called xbox they said just to go www.xbox.com and go to repair xbox. I have no idea what there on about , i wanna know what i do, and i cant find it, please help. Thanx.

you need to enter your information on the site
and then you can ask there for repairs
then they will send you a box( or you can print a sticker) so that you can post your xbox to them for free
go to the site
enter you windows live account to log in
click support
then click register console (if you haven’t done that yet)
then click repair your console, and follow the onscreen instructions
