DRAM frequency?

On motherboard ASRock H61M/U3S3 when I go to BIOS on tweaking option BIOS says that my A-DATA DDR3 works on 1066 MHz, it can be changed to 1333 MHz. Why is it configured automatically to work on 1066 MHz when I buyed A-DATA 1333 MHz? Will it work if I set higher DRAM frequency, something gon’a go wrong?

The SPD information might not be very compatible with your motherboard. Just put it at the right frequency and timings manually. It’s fine.
